Will Commencement still happen on May 15?
We are so sorry to confirm that Commencement will not happen on May 15, 2020. See message from Chancellor Martin to graduating students.

Will May Commencement be rescheduled?
Though we don’t yet know how it will look, we are already starting to think about how we can celebrate our graduates’ accomplishments at another time, when we can all safely be together. We are working through what will happen in order for students to officially graduate, and graduating students can expect to learn more about these plans and a way for us to celebrate the Class of 2020 very soon and throughout the remainder of the semester.

I am a visitor to campus. What do I need to know?
Whether or not you are exhibiting symptoms, visitors (including contractors and consultants) who have been in locations with an elevated risk of COVID-19 exposure within the past 14 days are not allowed to visit campus or attend university events. In addition, visitors who have had direct contact with a patient confirmed to have COVID-19 or with someone who is under care for suspected exposure to COVID-19 are not allowed to visit campus or attend university events within 14 days of such contact. You should contact the organizer of your campus event or program for further directions on rebooking your visit. We have alerted our consultants and contractors of these requirements.

Are university events canceled?
We are following guidance from St. Louis regional leaders who have placed limits on the number of people who may gather in one space. Many events have been canceled or postponed. Contact event organizers or check the university calendar for updates on specific events.

Are weddings in Graham Chapel being canceled?
In accordance with the most recent CDC recommendations and as we consider the health and safety of our community and your guests, weddings scheduled in Graham Chapel through April 30 are being rescheduled or canceled. It will be determined on or before April 15 whether May weddings will proceed. We are reaching out to everyone planning a wedding to inform them of their options. We regret the need to make this decision, and appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding during this unprecedented time. Questions may be directed to Campus Life at 314-935-3443.

I have a question about parking. Where can I find that information?
The Parking and Transportation Services team has been working through a variety of options to meet the needs of the university community during this challenging and unprecedented time. Check the Parking and Transportation page for the latest information and updates.
