Due to waterproofing/roofing work at the MCC building for the Plaza expansion next to the BJCIH building today and tomorrow, there is a petroleum smell that may be apparent in the BJCIH building. We are working with the contractor for the MCC building to minimize this odor but unfortunately, we cannot shut down the air intake system for the BJCIH building so the smell may permeate a little until the end of the day tomorrow.
