The fire alarm control panel, initiation devices such as smoke detectors and notification devices will be replaced throughout the building. A new speaker system will be installed for the fire alarm that will double as a mass notification system. Work will start on the head end equipment and risers on June 19th with the project lasting for ~ 6 months for both buildings. You will see electrical workers in your areas as they upgrade these fire alarm devices. Please pardon the workers as they upgrade the fire alarm system.
