UPDATE: Communication has been restored to 7301-Philips Lab, 7303-Diamond Lab, and 8201 BSL3. These labs may resume normal operation. A Phoenix Controls technician is enroute to address the communication issue on the a device for the Boon lab. The outage has been extended to 3:00 PM for the Boon lab only.
The issue with the network communication has been identified. Johnson Controls is on site and addressing the issue. The projected completion time has been extended by 2 hours.
The Johnson Controls network engines for the 7th and 8th floor BSL3 labs are currently not communicating with the Computer Room. The labs are operating normally at this time; however, the network engines need to be reset. No work may take place in any of the BSL3 labs in MPRB while the network engines are being reset. We project that this work will be completed by 10:00 AM.
