The purpose of this outage is to upgrade the digital temperature control system for the Air Handler Units that provide heating, cooling and humidification to floors 6, 7, and 8 in the building. During the outage, one unit will be shut down for a period of 15 minutes at 6:00 p.m. to install temporary controls so that the unit can be restarted to operate in a manual condition. After the unit has been started it will continue to provide conditioned air to the floors 6, 7, and 8.
At 12:00 a.m. the unit will be shut down for a period of 15 minutes to remove the temporary controls and then will be restarted to verify that the unit is operating correctly prior to the next working day.
This work will take place from 6:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. on November 8, 9 and 10.
