Starting at 6 pm on Wednesday, November 19th, Taylor Avenue, between McKinley Avenue and Clayton Avenue, will be reduced to two lanes of traffic from 6 pm to 5am in order to install new substation conduit below the street. All traffic lanes will remain open during the day. Work is expected to be completed by Monday, December 1st, 2014.
